These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of peakpurepeps.com (the “Site”) and any testing services ordered through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who Can Use This Site
You must meet the age of majority in your province or jurisdiction and confirm that you are a licensed research professional, or are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory research use, before using this Site. By accepting the disclaimer gate and placing an order, you confirm this is true.
2. Nature of Our Service
Peak Pure Peps provides independent third-party analytical testing (such as HPLC purity analysis, endotoxin testing, heavy metal screening, antimicrobial testing, and related services) on samples submitted by customers. We are a testing laboratory, not a manufacturer, distributor, or seller of any compound. All materials referenced on this Site are for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
We do not provide dosing guidance, medical advice, or recommendations of any kind regarding the use of any substance. Certificates of Analysis reflect only the sample as received and are not a certification of safety, legality, or fitness for any particular purpose.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a testing request.
4. Ordering and Payment
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. At checkout, your total is converted to cryptocurrency and processed through NOWPayments, our third-party payment processor. We do not accept or store credit card or bank information. Orders are confirmed once payment is received and verified by our payment processor.
5. Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
6. Certificates of Analysis
Each Certificate of Analysis is protected by a unique reference number and a private key, both required to view full results through our Verify a COA tool. Certificates may not be altered, and any COA presented to a third party as verification should be confirmed independently through our Verify a COA tool. We are not responsible for altered, forged, or misrepresented certificates.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent testing results, to submit fraudulent samples or information, or to attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we perform testing using accepted analytical methods, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site or that results will meet every customer’s expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Pure Peps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, or from any decisions made based on a Certificate of Analysis. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the testing service giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
