Peak Pure Peps (“Peak Pure Peps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates peakpurepeps.com (the “Site”), an independent third-party analytical testing service for research peptides and related compounds. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used, in plain language.
Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to anyone who visits the Site, creates an account, submits a testing request, or looks up a Certificate of Analysis (COA) through our Verify a COA or COA Directory tools.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you register for an account, we collect an email address and, if you provide one, a name. Billing and shipping details (name, address, city, province/state, postal code, phone) are collected when you place a testing request and are stored in your WooCommerce customer account and order records.
Order and sample information. When you submit a Request Testing form, we collect the details you provide about your sample(s): compound, amount, appearance, batch/lot number, and any notes. This information is used to generate your Certificate of Analysis and is linked to your order.
Payment information. Peak Pure Peps does not collect or store credit card, bank, or wallet credentials. Checkout is processed through NOWPayments, a third-party cryptocurrency payment processor. When you choose to pay, you are redirected to NOWPayments to complete payment; we only receive confirmation that payment was made and the amount, not your payment method details.
Cookies. The Site uses a small number of functional cookies: one to remember that you have passed the age/research-use disclaimer gate, and standard WooCommerce cookies to maintain your cart and session while you shop. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Communications. If you contact us through the Contact page, we collect the information you provide (such as your email address and message) in order to respond to you.
How We Use Your Information
- To process your testing request and produce your Certificate of Analysis
- To communicate with you about your order, including status updates
- To maintain your account and order history in My Account
- To respond to support or contact requests
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Site
Certificate of Analysis Data: What’s Public and What’s Private
Each Certificate of Analysis is protected by a unique reference number and a private key. Only someone with both the reference number and the matching key can view the full results through our Verify a COA tool.
Our public COA Directory lists reference numbers and the compound tested only. It never displays your name, contact information, purity results, or any other identifying or measured data. We do not publish full results or personal information publicly under any circumstances.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with the service providers necessary to run the Site and fulfill your order, currently limited to:
- NOWPayments, to process cryptocurrency payments
- Our hosting provider, to store Site data securely
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data Retention
We retain account, order, and COA data for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to comply with recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain the integrity of previously issued Certificates of Analysis.
Your Rights
You can review and update your account details and addresses at any time from My Account. To request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account, or ask a question about this policy, contact us through the Contact page.
Age and Research-Use Requirement
Our services are intended only for individuals who meet the age of majority in their province or jurisdiction and who confirm they are a licensed research professional or purchasing for legitimate laboratory research use. This is confirmed through the disclaimer gate shown when you first visit the Site.
